Frank Easterly is founder of and principal in Legacy Development Group, Inc. For more than thirty years Frank has been delivering personal, professional and organization development services through consulting, coaching, training, counseling, educating, managing, and public speaking. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, two masters' degrees (theology and counseling), and a doctorate (abd) in educational psychology and counseling. He is the former Chief Learning Officer and Corporate Branch Manager of First Alarm, the largest, full-service security company on the Central Coast of California; General and Sales Manager of Valley Alarm, a division of Edison International (formerly Westec Security, Inc.); former Program Director of the Masters in Organizational Behavior Program (MOB) for the California School of Professional Psychology; and former Regional Director of the University of San Francisco's College of Professional Studies. Frank continues to serve as a core faculty member in the MOB graduate program designed for professional managers.
